Greenhouse

I am getting so much joy harvesting veggies from our greenhouse out back. When I come back in with my bowl of stuff, I am always grinning real silly-like. Pretty soon we will have greenhouse to table events. Those of you who threw some money in to the “pot” to help us build will be notified soon about your bowl of soup!

Did you know that you can order gluten-free bread and any of our salad dressings? Just give us a day or two.

Hamantaschen

Are you celebrating Purim? We have poppy seed gluten-free hamantaschen. They are so good. Too good. And there is unfortunately nobody to stop me from eating them. Please help. :)

All Gluten-Free!

The menus at Adama will be completely gluten-free as of Tuesday evening, January 22. The restaurant will be closed until then for retraining. Thank you and I hope you are as excited as we are!

Holiday Schedule

Here is what you should know about our schedule for the holidays. We will be open for dinner on both Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve, which is our normal schedule, since on Mondays we only open for dinner and those are both Mondays. We will be open New Year’s Day for our normal schedule of lunch and dinner. The only change will be on Christmas Day. We will only open for dinner so that our employees can spend some time during the day with their families. To summarize, normal schedule except Christmas Day when we will only open for dinner.
